1. I sprained my left foot yesterday after I fell on the way to the car. Thank God I didn't need to have it put in a cast. A good, painful massage was able to fix it and now I can walk around better. I so should start taking care of myself more. XD; Imagine, just after coming from the awesome Rockwell outing with the Troika peeps I get a fever. Which prevented me from going to work on Monday.
